You will need2 tablespoons oil
5 medium onions, peeled
1 kg boneless lamb, cut into small cubes
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 cups/1 liter water
2 medium carrots, peeled and cubed
1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
1 cup peas
¾ teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon white pepper
1 ½ teaspoon red chilies, crushed
Salt to taste
